Asia de Cuba's small, classy bar is the perfect backdrop for a girls' night out. Nibbling on a fusion of Latin and Asian food and relishing the icy white décor will have you wishing for a chilled cocktail. One good choice is Joie de VeeV, ginger flavored and garnished with a sweet sugary ginger slice to bite on.

D.I.Y.

Joie de VeeV: Muddle a slice of ginger in the bottom of a cocktail shaker and add 3/4 ounces of simple syrup. Fill shaker with ice, and add 1 ½ ounces VeeV Acai Spirit, 3/4 ounces of Cointreau and 1 ounce of lemon juice. Shake vigorously, and garnish with a slice of crystallized ginger.
