Bancroft menu green, global

Part upscale nightclub, part fine-dining restaurant, Bancroft Supper Club boasts a sophisticated, (mostly) organic menu by consulting chef Tim Andriola (Timo).
Settle into the dramatic (and noisy) dining room with its black lacquered tables, plush leather banquettes and geometric screens lit in purple hues. The ingredient-driven global cuisine is an eclectic mix of Latin, Italian and Asian influences, with starters averaging $16 and mains $25-$49.
Starters include flash-broiled burrata with sweet cherry tomatoes or salt and vinegar-crusted diver scallops. The mains are all about the farms -- LaBelle duck, Belle and Evans chicken, Brandt cowboy steak. Fish options include crispy-skinned snapper with roasted tomato and fingerling potatoes.
