Bernstein's book honored; Jeannetti new at The Palms
Michelle Bernstein's Cuisine a Latina: Fresh Tastes and a World of Flavors from Michy's Miami Kitchen, has been named one of the 25 best cookbooks of the year by Food & Wine magazine.
Veteran South Florida chef Frank Jeannetti (Skyline Lounge, Martini Bar, Ernie's, Pearl, Nemo, Pacific Time) is the new executive chef at the Palms Hotel and its signature restaurant, Essensia.
