CELEBRITY ROUNDUP
Honeymoon's way over for J.Lo and ex
Carrie Prejean isn't the only one embarrassed over recent leakage of a sex tape.
Jennifer Lopez has filed a $10 million lawsuit against ex-husband Ojani Noa, who is reportedly shopping around their 1997 honeymoon video.
J.Lo claims the former waiter, 35, is violating a confidentiality agreement in place since 2004.
It's going to be tough for the pop diva to win this one -- Ojani shot the thing with his camera, so he owns the copyright.
The video, called How I Married Jennifer Lopez: The J.Lo and Ojani Noa Story, reportedly shows the now 40-year-old mother of twins wearing sexy clothing and getting spanked by her first hubby. Their marriage lasted 11 months.
Lopez has tried -- unsuccessfully -- to stay friendly with her opportunistic ex. She even hired him to work at her now-closed California eatery, Madre's, in 2004. He later sued her for wrongful termination but ended up dropping the case.
Two years later, Lopez filed a suit against Noa to prevent details of their relationship from getting into a tell-all -- and won.
An L.A. judge has ordered Noa not to release the video while the case is being evaluated.
UNWELCOME VISITOR
Maybe it's time to get a Rottweiler. A woman who has made unannounced visits to the home of Justin Timberlake was ordered by a Los Angeles County judge Monday to stay away.
The singer claims Karen McNeil, 48, had repeatedly gone to his house and left notes.
The order lasts until November 2012. Perhaps he'll be married to Jessica Biel by then.
FIRST COMES LOVE
Tiffani Thiessen and her husband, artist/actor Brady Smith, are expecting their first baby next May.
``It's something we've wanted for a long time and we are thrilled that it's actually happening,'' the couple, married since 2005, said in a statement.
The former Saved by the Bell and Beverly Hills, 90210 star can currently be seen in USA's White Collar.
QUAIDS GET A BREAK
An arrest warrant has been dropped for actor Randy Quaid and his wife after they were accused of stiffing a California hotel on a $10,000 bill.
Why? Because the Quaids each posted $20,000 bail last week, the Santa Maria Times reported.
The warrant was issued after the Quaids failed to show up for three court appearances last month. They were arrested on Sept. 24 in Texas. Authorities plan to extradite them to California, where they're accused of using an invalid credit card in June to defraud the San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito. They must appear for arraignment in Santa Barbara on Dec. 15.
ODD PAIRING DU JOUR
Was Lindsay Lohan dating Heath Ledger? That's what her mother says.
In a recently released audiotape of a phone conversation between LiLo's parents, Dina tells Michael that the two actors were in a relationship at the time of the Brokeback Mountain star's overdose in January 2008.
Dina decided to fess up because she is afraid Linds will end up like Ledger and believes his death contributed to her downward spiral.
``Because when she's drunk or takes an Adderall with it she will do something like Heath Ledger did in a second without thinking,'' she reportedly says.
UNBREAK MY LIPS
Rumor is Toni Braxton's eight-year marriage is in trouble and tongues are wagging that it's because of a majorly hot smooch with Trey Songz at the 2009 Soul Train Awards, taped last week in Atlanta.
Braxton's husband, Keri Lewis (formerly of the band Mint Condition), saw the whole thing go down between the 40-something Grammy winner and the hottie singer, 25, from the audience. The talents were doing a duet of Yesterday, the first single off Braxton's new album.
Though a video hasn't been released, we've seen stills all over the Internet, and yes, the liplock is steamy. It makes the Adrien Brody-Halle Berry Oscars kiss look like child's play.
See for yourself Nov. 29 when the show airs at 9 p.m. on BET.
