CELEBRITY ROUNDUP
Jon Gosselin wants to be a better man
Jon Gosselin is on the road to redemption.
First step in rebuilding his rep -- breaking up with 22-year-old girlfriend Hailey Glassman.
During a dialogue Sunday night with celebrity Rabbi Shmuley Boteach in New York, Gosselin told the audience he didn't want to make ``the same mistakes with Hailey that I did with [wife] Kate.''
The 32-year-old former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star doesn't understand all the fuss about him: ``Every day I look in the mirror and I wonder. I don't sing. I don't dance. I'm not a Nobel Peace Prize winner.''
GUT FEELING
Elton John does not have swine flu. But what the 62-year-old musician has sounds pretty bad -- E. coli.
The Rocket Man was forced to cancel several concerts in the U.K. as well as his upcoming shows in Seattle and Portland with Billy Joel.
John is being treated at a London hospital for the malady, Escherichia coli, a bacterial infection transmitted through bad food.
BABY TIME
Supermodel Karolina Kurkova is in diaper mode, but we're sure she'll be back in lingerie in no time.
Kurkova, 25, and producer Archie Drury (Voices of Iraq), welcomed a son, Tobin, last week in New York.
Colin Farrell, 33, had a bouncing baby boy. His girlfriend, Alicja Bachle, 26, named him Henry Tadeusz. The two met on the set of Neil Jordan's Ondine. Farrell has a 6-year-old son with model Kim Bordenave.
Mel Gibson, 53, is the Octodad for real. His 39-year-old girlfriend, Russian musician Oksana Grigorieva, has given birth to a baby girl named Lucia, reports RadarOnline. Gibson has six sons and a daughter with his ex Robyn; Grigorieva has a son with her ex, actor Timothy Dalton.
And finally, '80s star Mary Stuart Masterson, 43, welcomed a boy with her husband, Army Wives actor Jeremy Davidson.
BYE, BYE LOVE
Adam Lambert is a single man. The American Idol runner-up, 26, has split with his longtime bf, interior designer Drake LaBry.
What timing: Lambert's debut album, For Your Entertainment, drops Nov. 23. Kris Allen, the show's winner, has his debut album coming out Nov. 17, so Lambert's got to hustle up publicity.
Seriously, though, we have no idea of the reason.
