Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian have agreed on their prenup, several weeks post-wedding.

According to TMZ, in the case of (gasp!) divorce, Odom's $33 million, four-year Lakers contract can't be touched by his wife, who will get an annual allowance.

Also, in case of a split, Khloe will receive a lump sum for each year the couple is together. As for Odom, the b-baller ``must'' buy them a home, to the tune of around $5 mil. Though the reality star is gainfully employed, it is unclear what she is contributing.

Taking Woodstock actress Mamie Gummer, who is a mini-me of mom Meryl Streep, is engaged to stage actor Ben Walker. Her dad is sculptor Don Gummer.

The Blue Crush cutie with sectoral heterochromia (two different colored eyes; in her case, hazel and blue) is reportedly dating Alexander Skarsgard, of True Blood fame.

Skarsgard, 33, and Bosworth, 26, costar in the upcoming Straw Dogs, a remake of the 1971 thriller. The Swedish hunk -- dad is Stellan Skarsgard (Good Will Hunting) -- had been linked to Evan Rachel Wood, one of his costars on the HBO vampire hit.

Maybe she will become a real housewife after all. Newly engaged Bethenny Frankel is pregnant with her first child, People reports.

Hollywood starlets felt a little safer Tuesday. A man has been charged with burglarizing the homes of Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge.

Nicholas Prugo is accused of stealing $170,000 in jewelry and clothes from Lohan and The Hills star. The 18-year-old -- whose image was captured on surveillance video -- faces two charges of residential burglary.

Speaking of robberies, Kourtney Kardashian was relieved of more than $100,000 in jewelry when her Calabasas, Calif., home was hit over the weekend.
