Helio Castroneves is having a good year.

In April he was acquitted of tax evasion charges. In May the Coral Gables resident snagged the Indy 500 for the third time.

Now the Dancing With the Stars season four winner, 34, announced he's having a baby with his girlfriend, Adriana Henao, who co-owns a Mexican restaurant in Atlanta. The girl, whom they will name Mikaella, is due in January.

Not sure about their marriage plans. On Castroneves' Facebook page, under relationship status, he writes: ``It's complicated.''

The hunky Brazilian called off his engagement to Miami designer Aliette Vazquez shortly after winning DWTS in 2007. He was rumored to be doing some fancy footwork with then partner Julianne Hough. Seems not.
