If you wear a size 10 or larger, you probably recognize the name Emme. No last name necessary.

The 45-year-old mother of one is probably the world's best known supermodel -- and we mean ``super'' literally. The buxom blonde would never be pegged by the tabloids as an underfed lollipop head a la the Olsen twins.

Since her '90s heyday, Emme has embraced looking healthy. Apropos that she's the host of More to Love, Fox's new dating show for ``real people.''

Produced by Mike Fleiss, behind ABC's The Bachelor and Bachelorette, it's not about dieting or makeovers, it just wants to see the unscrawny find love (attention, Jillian Harris, you may consider an extra dollop of yogurt now and again).

MTL features brawny real estate investor Luke Conley, who has 20 curvaceous females on his scent. All are holed up at Barbi Benton's old Hollywood Hills mansion.

``He's got a twinkle in his eye, he's cute,'' says Emme about the lucky 26-year-old singleton. ``He wants to have a family, to travel and he's really very much dedicated to his job.''

Emme was impressed by the female contestants' grace under pressure.

``I just credit them so much,'' says Emme, from her home in New Jersey. ``Having to expose themselves like that. Their stories are so emotional, not sensational. There are no fat jokes. These are stories of frustration trying to find love. Truthful, heart-wrenching and real.''

OK, but no catfights?

``Well, there was some side talking, snippiness and more,'' she says, laughing. ``Especially when it gets down to the wire. The final eight.''

Emme wasn't allowed to interact with the gals personally during filming, but she has a little advice on minding one's manners, in case there's a Season 2.

``Basic things -- good posture, don't sit with our legs apart and don't chew gum,'' she says. ``And make sure you have nice undergarments. The right kind of panties can really smooth you out.''

MTL is just one of the many pound-centric programs currently out there -- e.g., Oxygen's calorie-burning Dance Your Ass Off, Fine Living Network's self-explanatory Bulging Brides and NBC's The Biggest Loser: Couples returns in the fall.

Why the glut? Emme blames society.

``We have such a fixation with food,'' she says. ``Triggers are constantly in your face. But who said having dessert makes you a bad person? The word `fat' has become a whipping post. We've got to stop body-bashing ourselves because we diminish our value.''
