Beyoncé, in town for her I Am ... Sasha Fierce show at BankAtlantic Center on Monday night, was seen walking through the Delano lobby on Tuesday morning. She left for Atlanta Wednesday, but according to a spy witness, ``She was very chill and was barely noticed. Plus, she's tiny!''

Vivica A. Fox was seen lounging poolside at Delano on Saturday, trying to get in as much sun as she could while sipping on water. Says our snitch, ''She went completely unnoticed.'' Well, not completely, clearly!

A select group of students from Overtown Youth Center, a program of Alonzo MourningCharities, is working with former Ocean Drive publisher Jerry Powers on creating an ''inner-city glossy magazine.'' On Tuesday night, Powers took the students to Big Pink Restaurant for a dinner hosted by owner Myles Chefetz ``to experience an evening on SoBe.''

Bravo's next reality competition series will pair Sarah Jessica Parker and her production company, Pretty Matches, with Magical Elves (Top Chef) and Emmy-nominated writer-producer Eli Holzman of Project Runway fame, to produce a reality series dubbed The Untitled Art Project. The series will focus on 13 up-and-coming artists who compete for a gallery show, a cash prize and a sponsored national tour.
