SMALL SCREEN

Bush's War (9 p.m. Monday, WPBT-PBS 2) -- Five years after the U.S. invasion of Iraq, Frontline takes a look at how the war was conceived, planned and fought; the struggles within the Bush administration over strategy and ideology, and the decisions that a new American president will face. As one former White House official notes during the two-part documentary (the second part airs at 9 p.m. Tuesday) Iraq has been not just a battle between rival armies but a ''battle of ideas,'' not just in Baghdad but in Washington as well.
