Coming Tuesday to DVD
The Bank Job (R) ** The real question about this by-the-numbers heist movie set in 1970s London isn't ''Is it any good?'' but rather ''Why bother?'' Packed with all the required elements -- a former thief (Jason Statham) gone straight, an alluring woman (Saffron Burrows) with a secret agenda, a couple of sidekicks for comic relief and an unguarded bank vault -- the movie hopes nostalgia will make up for the fact that we've seen this story a thousand times before. It doesn't. -- Ogle (violence, language) 110 minutes.
College Road Trip (G) Not reviewed: Choosing which college to attend can be the most exciting and thrilling time of a young woman's life . . . unless your overprotective father isn't quite ready to let you go. So says Disney about its latest family comedy with Donny Osmond, Martin Lawrence and Kym Whitley. No offensive material. 83 minutes.
Shutter (PG-13) Not reviewed: Newlyweds Jane (Rachael Taylor) and Ben (Joshua Jackson) discover disturbing, ghostly images in photographs they develop after a tragic accident. Fearing the manifestations may be connected, they investigate and learn that some mysteries are better left unsolved. Terror, disturbing images, sexual content and language. 85 minutes.
Step Up 2 the Streets (PG-13) Not reviewed: In this sequel to the 2006 hit, two new dance students (Briana Evigan and Robert Hoffman) hit it off while learning steps at the Maryland School of the Arts. Language, some suggestive material and brief violence. 98 minutes.
