Miami Heat owner Micky Arison and his wife, Madeleine, had dinner Sunday at Dolce Italian with film and TV producer Jerry Bruckheimer and his wife, Linda. The two couples toasted to the New Year and the Heat win while sharing a table full of appetizers. Madeleine was overheard telling the manager that Dolce Italian is the Bruckheimers’ new favorite restaurant in Miami.
David Grutman, the powerhouse behind Miami Beach’s LIV and Story, opened his first restaurant, Komodo, in the Brickell area in partnership with restaurateur Jeffrey Chodorow. The three-level indoor and outdoor restaurant saw an impressive list of celebs stopping by to check it out. Among them: models Gigi and Bella Hadid, DJs Steve Angelo, Sebastian Ingrosso and Cedric Gervais, Miami Heat players Chris Bosh and Dwyane Wade along with his wife, actress Gabrielle Union, and director Michael Bay. On Wednesday, Dwayne Johnson and the entire cast of HBO’s Ballers was at the restaurant filming the show.
After partying at E11even Miami with beau Casper Smart the night before, J.Lo had a New Year’s Day lunch at Sugarcane raw bar grill. She arrived around 2:30 p.m. with Latin recording artist Prince Royce and several others. She was also spotted shopping in the Design District.
Rapper French Montana and Christina Milian were seen sipping Moet Nectar Rose with friends Monday at Rockwell.
