Calvin Klein is having a sale on Miami Beach. The 73-year-old fashion icon has knocked $1 million off the price of his North Bay Road house, listed originally in 2015 for $16 million and back on the market now for the low, low price of $15 million. The listing for the five-bedroom home was posted Friday on Zillow. Klein bought the house in 2005 for an undisclosed amount.
In related news, rapper Trey Songz is singing the Miami real estate blues, “desperately,” according to reports, trying to sell his Brickell Key condo, slashing the price four times over the course of the year. The 1,626-square-foot condo first went on the market for $1.05 million in February but it can be yours today for the bargain basement price of $820,000. Fans of the ex-boyfriend of Khloe Kardashian needn’t sing their own sob songs — Songz, whose real name is Tremaine Aldon Neverson, bought a condo in August at the yet-to-open Brickell Heights complex by The Related Group.
