The Estefans were out Monday night, in the private Tea Room at EAST Miami, to support “Orange Is the New Black” star Jackie Cruz at the Remy Martin Circle of Centaurs event. The Estefans’ daughter Emily also jumped up on stage to do a song with Cruz and her band. After the performance, Cruz and the Estefans headed to Komodo for dinner. Emily also performed with the legendary Sam “Soul Man” Moore at The Fillmore during Latin Songwriter’s Hall of Fame 4th La Musa awards Thursday night.
Following the first night of his shows Monday at The Fillmore, Chance The Rapper headed to Basement at the EDITION, where he and his crew made themselves at home, with one friend taking out his laptop and spinning in the DJ booth inside Bowl and others feasting on “a smorgasbord of food,” until around 3 a.m. On Tuesday they were back for Chance’s official after party.

Fresh off their win at the Latin American Music Awards famed group Gente De Zona were joined by artist/producer/DJ Arbise Gonzalez, aka “Motiff” Sunday night at STORY for the inaugural Olé at STORY party. The group played their famous track ‘La Gozadera’ to a hyped up crowd. Also spotted in the VIP area were radio personality Enrique Santos, former “Bachelor” star Juan Pablo Galavis, singer Gustavo Elis, electronico producer Maffio, Venezuelan pop star Jonathan Moly and singer/producer Jhoni the Voice.
Young Jeezy was seen Tuesday at Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, arriving around 1:30 a.m. with a group of friends and his security guards. The group took over the table adjacent to the DJ booth and ordered Avion Tequila shots, Hennessey and Black Label. The group stayed for around two hours while the rapper chatted with and posed for pictures with fans.
Congrats to Miami native Jonathan Burns, who won a US OPEN title Sunday in the Men's 35 & Over Division at the UnitedHeathcare US OPEN Racquetball Championship in Minneapolis. Burns defeated John Goth of Minnesota 15-9, 7-15, 11-10 in the final.
