Happy times again in the Pippen household

One year after he filed for divorce from his wife of 20 years, basketball legend Scottie Pippen has agreed in a Broward County family court to dismiss his petition for a split. In a quickie hearing Saturday, lawyers for Scottie, 52, and former “Real Housewives of Miami” star Larsa Pippen, 43, told the judge the lovebirds patched things up, court records show.

Is Dolphins coach Adam Gase planning a mansion?

According to public records filed last week in Broward County, Dolphins coach Adam Gase and his wife Jennifer borrowed $1.92 million from Bank of America. They have until Nov. 1, 2047, to pay back. The coach used the Fort Lauderdale home he bought last June for $750,000 cash as collateral.

Miami Heat great Alonzo Mourning is soon going to be $589,040 richer after a Miami-Dade County circuit court judge sided with him in his lawsuit against local vending machine giant Gilly. In a judgment issued from the bench, Judge Antonio Arzola last week found Gilly stiffed Zo after it broke a five-year contract it had with the basketball legend.

Son-in-law sues millionaire builder, says he’s mean to daughter

Multimillionaire Palm Beach builder Llwyd Ecclestone, 81, who built homes on large swaths of South Florida land but will be remembered for developing PGA National Resort & Spa in Palm Beach Gardens into one of the country’s premier golf destinations, is getting sued by a son-in-law, Joshua Mendelsohn. The suit alleges Ecclestone is mean to his daughter.

O.J. Simpson’s former Miami-area home is about to be sold

The Kendall house where O.J. Simpson lived for seven years before he was arrested in connection with a robbery in Las Vegas is finally under contract. A yet-to-be-identified buyer will close on the house over the next few days. The latest price for the expansive property, at 9450 SW 112th St., was $1.29 million.

You wouldn’t want to have to pay Trump’s security golf-cart bill

Reports indicate that President Donald Trump has racked up a staggering $137,505 golf cart bill to accommodate his Secret Service protection at his golf courses since taking office in January. The figure includes a $61,960 contract for golf cart use at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach. The contract, signed on Sept. 29, covers cart service through late May 2018.
