Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson isn’t holding anything back.
On Monday, the pro wrestler turned movie star criticized his “Fast & Furious 8” co-stars on social media.
The guys, not the gals.
Never miss a local story.
On Facebook, Johnson called some of his male coworkers “unprofessional candy asses.”
“Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t,” wrote the part time Southwest Ranches resident. “The ones that don't are too chicken s--t to do anything about it anyway.”
What happened? And who is he talking about?
Johnson did not say who raised his ire, but the cast includes Vin Diesel, Scott Eastwood,Tyrese, Jason Statham and Ludacris.
Rumor has it it was Eastwood, who is new to the franchise.
But TMZ reports that it is Vin Diesel and the two butted heads because VD has producing credits and was able to call the shots.
The two reportedly met in Atlanta but could not see eye to eye.
A source tells E! News that “Fast 8” was not an easy on-set experience for anyone, especially The Rock.
The source adds that the “Baywatch” star is “very emotional,” and “likes things to go as he sees fit [while] also being fair.”

“This is my final week of shooting Fast & Furious 8. There’s no other franchise that gets my blood boiling more than this one. An incredible hard working crew. Universal Studios Entertainment has been great partners as well. My female co-stars are always amazing and I love ’em. My male co-stars however are a different story. Some conduct themselves as stand up men and true professionals, while others don’t. The ones that don’t are too chicken shit to do anything about it anyway. Candy asses. When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I’m not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling – you’re right.
Bottom line is it’ll play great for the movie and fits this Hobbs character that’s embedded in my DNA extremely well. The producer in me is happy about this part. Final week on FAST 8 and I will finish strong.
