In couples’ news, Page Six reports Paul Sorvino is a married man, for the third time. His new wife is TV and radio commentator Dee Dee Benkie. What a good start to the new year for Blake Lively. The actress topped Forbes' 30 Under 30 list, just weeks after becoming a first-time mom with Ryan Reynolds (the baby’s name is Violet, like the Afflecks’ kid). The former Gossip Girl, 27, made the No. 1 spot thanks to her lifestyle e-commerce site Preserve.

A judge has dismissed a movie extra’s claims that he was subjected to harassment and discrimination by Marlon Wayans. The case centered on a tweet in which Wayans compared the actor to Family Guy character Cleveland Brown. In the Sept. 4, 2013 post, Wayans compared pictures of the animated character and Pierre Daniel, who was appearing in Wayans’ Haunted House 2. LA Superior Court Judge Rafael Ongkeko dismissed Daniel’s claims, writing that Daniel’s work did not suffer and that the comedian’s statements were protected forms of speech in the creation of a film project.
