A former America’s Next Top Model contestant is suing Tyra Banks for $3million, saying she was improperly denied a top prize because she used to be an escort. City News Service says Angelea Preston filed the breach-of-contract suit in L.A. Superior Court. It names Banks, who is the show’s executive producer, and The CW network. The lawsuit says Preston won the show’s Cycle 17 in 2011 and was entitled to a package that included a $100,000 contract with CoverGirl cosmetics and a magazine fashion spread.
Attention Slumdog Millionaire fans: The two stars have called it a day. Dev Patel and Freida Pinto were dating almost six years after meeting on set in India. “They have been done for a while,” a source tells Us Weekly of the breakup. The actress attended the Audemars Piguet & Peabody Essex Museum Party for Strandbeest Friday night near the W in SoBe, where she was seen chatting — platonically — with Jennifer Aniston’s fiancé, actor Justin Theroux. It was Pinto’s first visit here. She told Scene in the Tropics’ Lesley Abravanel that Miami is the sort of city that has to grow on you, but she would definitely be back for vacation. She also said that she believes it is entirely possible for celebrities to have anonymity in Miami as long as they don’t go Instagramming their every move and body part. Amen.

Toni Garrn is not one to suffer (alleged) infidels. The German model kicked Lothario Leonardo DiCaprio to the curb after the 40-year-old actor was spotted leaving the popup version of 1Oak at Rec Room in South Beach in the wee hours of Sunday with roughly 20 females. In April, the Oscar nominee reportedly moved Garrn into his $8million bachelor pad in NYC.
There were to be no interviews at the Hollywood premiere of The Interview Thursday. The movie stars Seth Rogen and James Franco as a producer and television host tasked with assassinating North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. The coverage restrictions come in the wake of a massive cyberattack on Sony Pictures, including leaks of sensitive and embarrassing internal emails.
