This takes nerve: A man charged with trespassing at Taylor Swift’s Rhode Island mansion wants the singer to testify on his behalf. The Westerly Sun reports 24-year-old Nicholas Field was back in court Friday. He was arrested in April and charged with willful trespassing at the singer’s mansion. Field says he wants Swift to be served with a subpoena to appear in court. Surveillance video shows Field approaching the gate to deliver a letter; cops say he was manipulating the gate when he was arrested.

Dwayne Johnson has broken his silence on his personal life. In a recent interview with Esquire, the pro wrestler turned action hero gave his live-in girlfriend, singer-songwriter Lauren Hashian, a shout-out. “We do these stories, and we talk so much about the business end, the success end,” said Johnson, who credits Hashian as well as his 13-year-old daughter Simone (who lives in South Florida with The Rock’s ex, Dany Garcia) with much of his success. “With all the cool s--- that I’ve been lucky enough to get? That doesn’t happen unless the home life is solid.”
It remains to be seen if Kate Hudson or her brother Oliver Hudson are going to drop their last name as their father Bill Hudson has requested when he announced he was disowning the two kids he had with Goldie Hawn. The family feud first went public after a Father’s Day Instagram post from Oliver that read, “Happy abandonment day.” The singer turned producer told The Daily Mail: “I say to them now, ‘I set you free.’”
