Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson says he is hugging his family “much tighter these days.”

The actor/wrestling star revealed in an Instagram post Sunday that his mom, Ata Johnson, and cousin, WWE NXT Diva Lina Fanene, were hit head-on by a drunk driver last week.

"My mom & cousin ... were struck head on by a drunk driver this week — they lived," he wrote. "First reaction is to find the person who did this and do unrelenting harm to them. But then you realize the most important thing is my family lived thru this and we can hug each other that much tighter these days.”

It is unclear where exactly the collision occurred, but TMZ reports that Ata and Fanene were returning to Orlando after attending a charity event in Clermont, Florida, last weekend.

Rock posted a picture of his mother's totaled white Escalade. That was his Christmas gift to her in 2012.

BACK-UP CAREER

Brad Paisley is already a singer, songwriter, master guitarist and resident expert on ABC's singing competition show Rising Star, but the country star wants to add one more thing to his list of credits.

"I'm going to go to bartender school," Paisley told People Country. "We've built a bar in the studio house on my farm and I need to know how to work it."

The trick, the singer admits, will be working the tap.

"I don't think you can do Guinness right in America, but I'm going to try and see if I can get the right pour," he says.
