Bachelorette (no more) Andi Dorfman stopped by Good Morning America on Tuesday to show off her ABC swag (aka engagement ring) from former pro baseball player Josh Murray. The 27-year-old lawyer and her 29-year-old grinning fiance held hands and looked pretty happy. “I definitely knew there was that chemistry and attraction with him,” Dorfman said of their first meeting. “I'm definitely an overthinker, though, so it took me till the very end.” Plus she had to break up with 24 guys first. No wedding date has been set yet; the couple need to do more publicity first.
Meanwhile were producers remiss in allowing first runner up Nick Viall to ask Dorfman why she slept with him if she was in love with someone else? Some viewers were disturbed that he aired dirty laundry on live TV during the After the Final Rose Monday night.
If you see hometown boy Steven Bauer ( nacio Esteban Echevarria) walking around with a young lady on his arm, don’t assume that she is one of his sons’ girlfriends. The Ray Donovan scene-stealer, 57, is dating 18-year-old Lyda Loudon, a source confirms to Us Weekly. The pair actually go out to public events together, like the Magic in the Moonlight premiere in L.A., where they were photographed last week. Loudon describes herself on Twitter as a journalist, CEO, wild-child and “degenerate film/music/cigar/espresso addict.” Bauer has been married three times and has two sons, Alexander, 28 (with Melanie Griffith), and Dylan Bauer, a stage actor who graduated from South Miami Senior High Drama Magnet School in 2008. Mom is former model Ingrid Anderson.
KEEP ON ROLLING
You didn’t think Mick Jagger would stay alone for long, did you? The eternal rocker, whose fashion designer girlfriend L’Wren Scott commit suicide in March, is currently dating ballet dancer Melanie Hamrick. She’s 27, he’s 71. Enough said.
Believe it: Lady Gaga says recording jazz was easier than pop. Her album of jazz standards with Tony Bennett called Cheek to Cheek, will be released Sept. 23. “You know, it’s funny, but jazz comes a little more comfortable for me than pop music, than R&B music,” Gaga, 28, told the AP. “I’ve sung jazz since I was 13, which is kind of like my little secret that Tony found out.” Gaga made the comments with Bennett, 87, by her side ahead of their taped performance at Jazz at Lincoln Center in NYC for PBS, airing in the fall.
