A man who pleaded not guilty to breaking into the home of actress Sandra Bullock has been charged with possessing an arsenal of heavy weapons authorities say they found at his home. The L.A. County district attorney’s office charged Joshua James Corbett with 19 felony counts including seven counts of possessing a machine gun, two counts of possessing an assault weapon and 10 counts of possessing a destructive device. Corbett pleaded not guilty, and bail was set at $2 million. There’s no claim that he brought weapons when police say he jumped Bullock’s fence and broke into her home June 8.
Don’t expect to see Lady Gaga’s music video for Do What U Want any time soon. It was allegedly shelved, reports Page Six, because, according to an insider, it seemed like “an ad for rape.” TMZ posted 33 seconds showing Gaga as a hospital patient with R. Kelly reaching under the apparently nude singer’s bedsheet. Photographer Terry Richardson, who is under scrutiny for his alleged abuse of young models, also appears.
Lifetime is going back to the 1990s with a movie on the Saturday morning show Saved by the Bell. The network said that its film, The Unauthorized Saved by the Bell Story will premiere on Labor Day and examine the life of young unknown actors. Dylan Everett of Degrassi: The Next Generation is in line to play the role of Mark-Paul Gosselaar. “Screech” is being handled by Sam Kindseth of Shameless.
