If you missed the last #SixWordsMiami happy hour, you’re in luck —Miami Book Fair International, WLRN and the Center for Literature and Theater at Miami Dade College are holding a second meet-up.

The gathering, which runs from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at Books & Books in Coral Gables, offers wouldbe writers the chance create a uniquely Miami story — in six words. #6WordsMiami readings will take place during the fair, which runs Nov. 16-23 at Miami Dade College. WLRN will also create radio segments about the stories and writers in the months leading up to the fair. Some stories will be paired with original photography and published in a limited-edition postcard set.

Submissions will be accepted in English, Spanish or Creole through Oct. 1 at WLRN.org, MiamiBookFair.com/6WordsMiami, 6wordsmiami@gmail.com and through social media (@Miami Book Fair and @WLRN) using the hashtag #6WordsMiami.

To RSVP: www.miamibookfair/sixwords or call 305-237-3023.
