It’s getting really serious.
By the looks of things Jennifer Lopez is moving in with Alex Rodriguez.
Page Six reports the entertainment superstar has put her sprawling $27 million NYC duplex on the market.
The 6,500-square-foot Flatiron District penthouse apartment is listed with ARod pal Adam Modlin’s Modlin Group. The palatial home is not listed yet on the website but judging by pictures Page Six obtained, this place is a beauty with four terraces overlooking the Manhattan skyline.
Back in May, Life & Style reported they were in discussions over where to reside.
‘J.Lo asked Alex to live with her in her $28 million mansion in Bel Air, and he agreed,” an insider revealed to the mag. “The couple have barely spent a moment apart since they started dating and are ready to take things to the next level.”
Rodriguez would likely keep his Coral Gables in Miami as he shares custody of his two daughters with his ex wife Cynthia Scurtis.
On Saturday night, the power duo known as JRod will participate in the Somos Live! disaster relief concert at Marlins Park.
The benefit concert will feature talent performing live in the Miami venue as well as broadcasting from a NBC soundstage Los Angeles.
Lopez and Rodriguez will be out on the West Coast, while JLo’s ex Marc Anthony does his thing in Miami.
Wow, is this some great coparenting/blended family action, or what?
Somos Live! will air in Spanish simultaneously on Telemundo and Univision beginning at 8 p.m. and NBC will join in the third hour at 10 p.m. to broadcast in English.
This landmark event marks the first time two leading Spanish language networks have come together to simulcast programming.
