• On Tuesday, a story on Page 1B about H1N1 vaccinations in public schools misstated the groups operating health teams and giving H1N1 swine-flu shots in Miami-Dade schools. The teams are run by Citrus Health Network, Community Health of South Florida, Health Choice Network, Helen B. Bentley Family Health Center, Jesse Trice Community Center, Miami Children's Hospital, Jackson Health System, Institute for Child & Family Health, University of Miami/Dr. John T. Macdonald Foundation and Borinquen Health Care Center. Funding for the teams is provided by The Children's Trust at $14 million annually.
