A story on Page 3B of Friday's paper said that a 1-pound, 1-ounce baby born at Holtz Children's Hospital was the smallest baby ever born at the hospital. This information, provided by Holtz, was later revealed to be incorrect. Smaller babies have been born at the hospital in the past, a Holtz spokesperson said.

An incorrect venue was listed in the Tuesday Health & Fitness Calendar for a talk on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the XMRV Retrovirus.
