CLINK!

Chill out with your gal pals and China Grill's fruity cocktails

Whether you're heading for South Beach or Fort Lauderdale, China Grill's fruity yet not-too-sweet Guava Lemonade and Peach Saketini are perfect for a girls' night out -- or in.

D.I.Y.

• Guava Lemonade: Put 2 ounces ac¸ai berry liqueur (such as Veev), 1 ounce guava nectar and 3 squeezed lemon wedges into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, and strain into a chilled martini glass. (China Grill coats half the rim with sugar.) Garnish with a lemon wedge.

• Peach Saketini: Measure 2 ounces premium sake, 1 ounce vodka (Imperia preferred), 1 ounce peach schnapps and 1 ounce peach nectar into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.

F.Y.I.

The cocktails are about $14 each at China Grill, 404 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, 305-534-2211; and 1881 SE 17th St., Fort Lauderdale; 954-759-9950.
