• Racks Cucumber Martini: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 1 ounce of fresh cucumber juice (look for it in health food stores), ½ ounce of lime juice, 1 ½ ounces of Flor de Caña Rum and a splash of olive juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice.
