• The South of Fifth: Combine 1 ½ ounces coconut rum (Malibu preferred), 1 ounce vodka (Xcellent preferred), a splash of black raspberry liqueur (Chambord preferred) and a splash of pineapple juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a pineapple slice.
