The Beachcomber, a lime and kiwi-flavored cocktail served at the bar inside BLT Miami at the Betsy Hotel, is the perfect refresher after a people-watching stroll along Ocean Drive.

D.I.Y.

• The Beachcomber: In a cocktail shaker, combine 1 ounce açai-infused liqueur (VeeV preferred), 1 ounce cachaça (Cabana preferred), 1 ounce simple syrup, the juice of 2 lime wedges and 1 ounce kiwi puree; shake well. Pour into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with a kiwi wheel.
