• Spa Cocktail: Lightly muddle 5 mint leaves in the bottom of a mixing glass to release their oils. Add 1 ½ ounces organic gin (Juniper Green preferred), 1 ounce organic cucumber juice and 1 ounce simple syrup (preferably made with agave nectar). Shake vigorously and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cucumber wheel.
