Just in time to beat the summer heat, Skyy Vodka has introduced its pineapple infusion in Miami. You can cool off with a sweetly fruity Pineapple Sunrise at Michael's Genuine Food and Drink in the Design District.

D.I.Y.

• Pineapple Sunrise: Pour 1 ounce pineapple-infused vodka, 1 ounce triple sec, 1 ounce fresh pineapple juice and a splash each of honey and grenadine into an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously. Strain over rocks into a tall glass. Garnish with orange slices, pineapple and a paper umbrella.
