YOLO is an acronym for ''You only live once.'' The Fort Lauderdale restaurant-lounge by that name invites you to live it up with a flight of six tiny martinis (two of each flavor) served on a unique tiered rack. Or you can impress your friends with a tasting en casa.

D.I.Y.

• Almond Joy: Pour 1 ½ ounces vanilla vodka, ½ ounce coconut rum (e.g., Malibu) and ½ ounce chocolate liqueur (e.g., Godiva) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well. Drizzle the rim of a chilled martini glass with chocolate syrup. Strain contents of shaker into glass.

• YOLO Cosmo: Pour 1 ¾ ounces citrus-flavored vodka, ¾ ounces Triple Sec, ½ ounce of fresh lime juice and 1 ounce of cranberry juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a lime wedge.

• Scarlett O'Hara: Pour 2 ounces Southern Comfort, 2 ounces of cranberry juice and ½ ounce fresh lime juice into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a lime wedge.
