When I arrived in Miami I was taken to a fence girls camp. I believe was in Homestead. I lived there for a few months with a couple and about 8 to 10 kids in the house were we really only slept there...
Hi Emelina, Welcome to the Pedro Pan site. The girls’ camp was Florida City, and it was fenced in, just as you remember it. It was in the city of Florida City which is next to the city of Homestead. You will find plenty of Cubans on this site, but I must warn you... don't believe everything that you read because we tend to be rather playful.
Emelina C says: I would like to get in contact with the any girl from Homestead or what it Kendall? What was the name of the girls'camp?
