Thank you for the information. I'll look into that area. We wouldn't mind paying HOA fees of that amount. I'll keep in touch! We might end up being neighbors. Carinos,

Thank you for all this information. I did see that you can get a lot more value for your money there in homes. I kept asking, "What is wrong with this area", when I saw the prices of home there. I can see why it's kind of boring, but as I am aging I have started to want more peace, as long as there are good restaurants, hospitals and a close airport to be able to fly out of. We have been looking at the area near Tradition, between I-95 and the Turnpike. I love Tradition but the HOAs are way to high. We want a fairly new home so we don't have to have a lot of renovation or problems. Also would like to have a smaller home with not to much lawn to take care of. What are the better areas located there?

Thank you Damaso, I also regret not being able to get our Dads together. I didn't know that you had moved to Port Saint Lucie. Funny you mention that because we have been looking at Port Saint Lucie to move to in the near future. Is there a lot of traffic? We have plans to down size and would like to live somewhere there is less traffic and can enjoy life a little more... but I don't want to be further than 2 hours away from Miami because of family. As you have been living there, please tell me what you think about that area.

Hi Damaso, You are right, it's been a longtime. I haven't been visiting this webpage or facebook very often these days. I am doing well, but I am sad to say that I lost my Dad a couple of days before Thanksgiving. My Mom is still alive and considering her lost doing quite well. I spend most of my days trying to be around her. She is going to be 96 in June. I guess I should be happy that I have been able to enjoy them for all these years, but as you know, it isn't easy to let them go. Hope you and your family are doing well. Carinos, Vivian
