• Pairings announced for Canes baseball in ACC Tourney (UM women's tennis falls to Florida Gators in NCAA quarterfinals -- again)

  The Hurricanes will have their hands full next week in the Atlantic Coast Conference baseball tournament.

  Of course, they've had their hands full all season.

  The ACC announced the pairings and seedings for the 8 teams in the ACC Tournament that begins Wednesday at Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, N.C.

• Fifth-ranked Canes meet top-ranked Gators today in NCAAs

  The University of Miami's highest-ranked team takes on the Florida Gators at 3 p.m. today (Eastern time) in the quarterfinals of the NCAA women's tennis tournament in Stanford, Calif.

  The Canes are seeded seventh in the NCAA tourney. The Gators are seeded No. 2 (host Stanford is No. 1).
