  Seems to be oozing south from Canada... snow in the west and cold damp rain in the East. It's a gray, gray day in Raleigh.  Stormy along the Mississippi in Arkansas and Tennessee.

• Low in the Gulf...Fun to watch it spin....

  Worth mentioning just because ... it's there and it's sort of beautiful to watch it spin. Odd, upper level low in the Gulf spinning round and round..  Might enhance someone's weather down the road if it links up with another system. But, for now.. just watch it spin.
