  Tropical Depression 14 is the last man standing...or girl in this case.
  
  The 5 PM discussion implies she will be upgraded to Tropical Storm status shortly and possibly Hurricane Status in a few days.

  As I said earlier today, after they killed off Tropical Storm Leslie and named her Queen of Extratropicals they upgraded the tropical disturbance to Depression status and named it TD14. I underlined the relevant part...

  Just a quick note to say Leslie is making landfall on the Burin Peninsula near Fortune. St. Johns is being directly affected.
