That lawsuit against developer Jorge Perez and The Related Group, brought on by the Vizcayans was thrown out, even after the jurors found the developer guilty.
It's sad because according to The Herald, "The jury sided with the Vizcayans, finding that the developers committed more than two dozen wrongful" [...] -
Residents suing city over proposed trolley facility

A complaint was filed Thursday afternoon against the City of Miami regarding the proposed City of Coral Gables Trolley maintenance facility, that is being planned for the Village West neighborhood.
