Colfax Corp., Richmond, Va.; 18.8 million; $15 to $17; Merrill Lynch, Lehman Bros. and UBS Investment Bank; proposed NYSE symbol: CFX; supplier of fluid handling products including pumps and specialty valves.
Real Goods Solar, Broomfield, Colo.; 5 million; $10 to $12; ThinkPanmure; proposed Nasdaq symbol: RSOL; a residential solar energy systems integrator.
Western Gas Partners, The Woodlands, Texas; 18.8 million units of limited partnership; $17 to $19; UBS Investment Bank, Citigroup and Credit Suisse; proposed NYSE symbol: WES; gathers, compresses, treats and transports natural gas for its parent Anadarko and for third-party producers and customers.
