Point Blank Solutions' stock rebounds
Shares of Pompano Beach's Point Blank Solutions (PBSO) more than doubled to 55 cents after the body-armor producer announced it was back in consideration for a huge contract with the U.S. Army.
In September, the Army eliminated Point Blank from consideration after deeming the company's body armor ``unacceptable.''
Point Blank filed a protest with the U.S. Government Accountability Office. The Army performed additional testing of Point Blank's protective vests and reconsidered its earlier decision, the company said in a statement.
