Miami's OPKO Health acquires Vidus Ocular

OPKO Health ( OPK), a Miami company developing drugs for the eye, has acquired Vidus Ocular, a privately held company developing Aquashunt, an implantable shunt to treat glaucoma.
Terms of the all-stock transaction were not disclosed.
