Aventura Chef Allen Susser has developed a line of branded menu items to be sold at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.

The Chef Allen 2 Go line is a partnership with Delaware North Companies Travel Hospitality Services, which operates all the food and beverage service at the airport.

The company has been customizing airport food offerings to showcase local tastes and products.

Susser's line will feature his New World cuisine, which is known for its combination of Caribbean and Latin American flavors, in combination with fresh South Florida local ingredients.

The menu is expected to include sandwiches, salads, seafood dishes and desserts.
