Our local area administration is giving money to film producers for their enterprises while our budget for social services and teachers' salaries is the lowest imaginable and in trouble. I'd say this reporting misses the point -- significantly.

The Small Business Disaster Response and Land Improvement Act, enacted recently, increases the cap on disaster loans from $1.5 million to $2 million.
