This Labor Day marks a time when many workers are facing the most uncertain economic times of their careers: pay cuts, layoffs and some wondering if their companies will even survive this downturn. And that's for people who have a job -- at least one in 10 workers in Miami-Dade and Broward counties are officially looking for work.
That said, there are still people out there who love waking up each morning and going to their jobs.

What they have in common, they say, is an upbeat attitude about work. They have bad days like everyone else -- but say they focus on the positive, and the fact that they feel fulfilled in what they do.
