Inspirational Barry grad helping others, writing books

Barry University graduate Marc O’Brien, 51, created the character Peter The Peteeatrick Panda and wrote a children’s book about him to help children better cope with their experience at the doctor’s office or in the hospital. A philanthropist and writer, he is working on his third book, a novel, “The Final Fence: Sophomores in the Saddle,” to be published by Austin Macauley Publishers in Canary Wharf in the UK.
