Winn-Dixie (NASDAQ:WINN) announced today its shoppers will now be
able to present their Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible
Spending Account (FSA) cards at any checkout when purchasing
over-the-counter health and wellness items. Upgraded software will
allow the checkout system to identify qualifying products, charge them
to the HSA or FSA account, and then automatically subtract that amount
from the total owed for all other purchases. Formerly, customers using
HSA/FSA cards to purchase these items had to pay for them at the
pharmacy and then go to the regular checkout lanes to pay for the
remainder of their items.

The Villages Ranks as Fastest Growing Micropolitan Area in the Nation

The Villages, the largest single-site mixed-use development in the
U.S., earned the No.1 ranking as the fastest growing micropolitan area
in the nation according to a recently released Census Bureau report.
The report adds a new perspective to population estimates the federal
agency released in March, which ranked Sumter County as the nation's
11th fastest-growing county in 2007. It is the first time The Villages
earned the No. 1 ranking since its designation in 2003 as a
micropolitan statistical area. In its definitions, the federal agency
classifies a micropolitan area as one or more counties with an urban
core of at least 10,000 people but less than 50,000.

The Villages Reports Zero Percent Foreclosure Activity

The Villages, the largest single-site mixed-use real estate
development in the U.S., reports extremely low foreclosure rates amid
increasing default activity across the nation. As many markets
confront double digit foreclosure rates, The Villages continues to
sell homes at a pace that exceeds what developers experienced at the
height of development two years ago, while maintaining a foreclosure
rate of almost zero percent. National foreclosure activity grew by 4
percent in April, but in Florida it was even worse: a 17 percent jump
from March. It's an entirely different story in The Villages.
