Mortgage Contracting Services Hires Toni Diaz and Carl Miller
Former bank executives bring expertise to property preservation firm

TAMPA, Fla., May 8 --
Mortgage Contracting Services (MCS), a
provider of property preservation and inspection services to the mortgage
industry, has named Toni Diaz as vice president of vendor management and Carl
Miller assistant vice president of the company's Dallas operations. Diaz and
Miller come to MCS with more than 20 years of combined experience in the
financial services industry.
As Vice President of Vendor Management, Diaz is responsible for oversight
and management of a nationwide network of vendors that work with MCS on a
daily basis. The company streamlined its vendor management division recently,
creating a supply chain and lead generation program. In addition, the
company's technology platform, MCS360 includes dedicated modules for its
vendors, to allow for a seamless and collaborative approach to workflow.
Before joining MCS, Diaz was vice president of mortgage banking for Tampa,
Fla.-based Florida Bank Group, where she increased revenue by 350 percent in
her first year.
With more than 15 years of industry expertise, in his role as Assistant
Vice President, Miller leads operations for one of the company's largest
servicing clients. Miller creates and implements the property preservation
strategies, and provides leadership through the day-to-day account team. Prior
to this role, Miller was an assistant vice president at Countrywide.
