University Health Industries, Inc., (OTC:UVHI) a Florida
corporation engaged in the development, marketing and sale of
proprietary, patent-pending nutraceutical products, including its
leading brands Arthroleve(TM) and Zenstral PMS(TM), announces new name
and ticker symbol.
University Health Industries, Inc., announces that effective at
the open of business today, its new ticker symbol will be "UVHI" (Pink
Sheets) replacing the former ticker symbol "VRTN" (Pink Sheets). This
ticker symbol change corresponds with the corporate name change to
University Health Industries, Inc., formerly Virtual Innovations, Inc.
