Phyhealth Signs Agreement with Argus Dental to Provide Dental Services for Pilot HMO

MIAMI, May 8 --
Physicians Healthcare Management
Group, Inc. (Phyhealth) (Pink Sheets: PHYH), a developer of health maintenance
organizations (HMOs) in partnership with physicians, today announced that
Phyhealth Plan Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Phyhealth, has signed
an agreement with Argus Dental of Tampa, Florida to provide dental services
for its Pilot HMO scheduled to be launched in the latter half of 2008.
Mr. Robert Trinka, chairman and chief executive officer, stated, "In
keeping with our mandate to offer the highest quality, yet affordable
healthcare to our members as we prepare to roll out our first Pilot HMO in the
state of Florida, we are pleased to announce that Argus Dental has signed on
as a provider of dental services. Argus' network consists of over 1,500
dental providers throughout Florida that have been credentialed according to
the standards set forth by the National Committee for Quality Assurance and
the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Argus' stringent screening
process helps ensure that only the best dentists in the business are accepted
into the plan. We are confident that members signing up for our Pilot HMO
will receive the best care available to address their dental needs."
